It all starts when a weird stone crashes down from space, landing just outside the quiet town of Rotterwood. A priest finds the stone, gets obsessed with its power, and pretty soon, he’s controlling the townspeople. They end up completely devoted to him. But that loyalty comes at a price. The people start to change—turning into frightening, half-dead creatures everyone calls Rotters.
